Though there are several reasons, including those for hair health, that we should be conscious of our daily water intake, we were unaware of this. Water is a critical element that has been shown to contribute to the growth of your hair. Consequently, if you are not consuming enough water, your hair may stop growing completely.

2. You use the wrong water temperature.

The wrong water temperature can be veritably dangerous to your hair because there’s a specific temperature that needs to be used in each step. Since hot water opens pores and cleanses completely, it’s stylish to blarney your crown and wash your hair with warm water. On the other hand, wash off your conditioner with cold water since it seals humidity in the hair.

 3. You apply affairs that are too harsh.

Before putting anything on your hair, you should be apprehensive about the constituents in your products. There are some constituents you surely need to avoid like silicone and alcohol-grounded products which could be the real cause of your hair damage. Remember to act your bristle gently and apply what works best for it.

 4. You brush your hair too frequently.

Just like any hair care practice, brushing your hair needs to be done duly. It's known that brushing our hair helps with crown stimulation which encourages hair growth, but experts plant out that too important brushing can lead to hair loss. That’s why they don’t recommend anything further than brushing your hair doubly a day — morning and night.

 5. You sleep with wet hair.

It’s largely likely that you’ve gotten out of the shower so tired that you slept with wet hair, we’ve each done this for sure. But it’s no surprise that it’s a dangerous habit because hair is weakest when it’s wet, that’s why it becomes prone to damage. Also, the warmth of your head and the dragged moistness of your hair will produce bacteria that will beget dandruff.

 6. You use heat-styling outfits too frequently.

Changing our haircut is tempting, that’s why it’s delicate to hesitate from using heat styling outfits. Still, we can reduce the number of times we use heat in order to keep our hair healthy. But if you notice some heat damage signs like hair that befuddlements and knots fluently and exorbitantly dry hair, it’s time to treat it grounded on your hair type and avoid heat for a good quantum of time.

  7. You skip the conditioner.

seasoning takes up an allotment of the hair-washing drill. Using a conditioner is essential because it softens the hair, it also helps restore the balance of canvas products that can be over-stripped from soaps and other factors. While conditioner is generally used right after soap, it has been said that applying conditioner first will make your hair look further substantial.
